Made to order

Every item is made after you order it. Printful produces the item and ships it directly to you.

Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days for apparel and prints. Shipping time is added to production time.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries Printful serves. You choose the destination country in the cart. If no shipping option appears for your country, we cannot ship that order there.

The delivery address you enter at checkout must be in the country you chose in the cart.

Rates and delivery estimates

• Shipping rates are calculated in the cart from the items and the destination country.
• Rates are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.
• Where more than one shipping method is available, you choose one at checkout.
• Delivery estimates are given in business days. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email you when your order ships, with the carrier and the tracking number. An order can ship in more than one package. Each package gets its own email.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country on delivery. These charges are not included in what you pay at checkout. They are your responsibility, and the carrier or customs office collects them.

We are not registered for EU IOSS or UK VAT, so no VAT is collected at checkout for any destination outside the United States. Everything due on import is paid on delivery.

If a package is refused or sent back because these charges were not paid, we refund the order minus the shipping and return costs.

Delivery details

Check your delivery details before you pay. The carrier may use your phone number to arrange delivery.

If a package comes back because the delivery details were wrong or nobody collected it, we do not ship it again and the order is not refunded.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stops moving or a package marked delivered has not arrived, use the contact details shown on this page and include your order reference. We will check with Printful and the carrier.

Report a missing package within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. If the package is confirmed lost, you choose: we send a replacement, or we refund the order in full, shipping included.

Pauses

We may pause ordering for a short time, for example during maintenance or a production delay. Orders already paid are not affected by a pause.
