Terms of Sale

Last updated 2026-10-22

About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed in the SoCal Cane Corso Co. store. The seller is Collin Riley Weatherford, doing business as SOCALCANECORSO. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Shipping and Returns pages.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You must give accurate contact and delivery details.

Products

Apparel and prints are made to order. Each item is produced by Printful after you pay, and Printful ships it to you. We hold no stock.

We show each product as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from one screen to another, and print or embroidery placement can vary slightly between items.

Pack Gear and patches are not on sale yet. They are shown as coming soon. Joining the waitlist does not reserve an item and creates no obligation to buy.

Prices, currency and tax

  • Prices are listed in US dollars.
  • Stripe may show the total in your local currency at checkout. Stripe sets the exchange rate, which may include a conversion fee. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
  • Sales tax is calculated by Stripe from your shipping address, where we collect it, and shown before you pay.
  • We do not collect VAT, GST or import taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. They are paid on delivery, as explained below.
  • Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.

If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

Import duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery. These charges are not included in the total you pay at checkout, and they are your responsibility.

We are not registered for EU IOSS or UK VAT, so no VAT is collected at checkout for those destinations.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. We never see or store your full card number.

We send an order received email after payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item cannot be produced, if the delivery address cannot be served or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund it in full.

The contract of sale is formed when your payment succeeds and we send the order received email.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it goes into production. Production starts soon after payment, so write to us as soon as you can, using the contact details shown on this page, with your order reference. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping and delivery

The Shipping page explains where we ship, how rates are set and how tracking works. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered.

Returns and refunds

The Returns page explains what happens when an item arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, and how refunds are paid.

Artwork and site content

The artwork, the crest, the product designs, the photographs and the text on this site belong to SoCal Cane Corso Co. or to the credited artists. Buying a product does not give you any right to copy or reproduce the artwork.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, interfere with it or send automated requests to it. We limit repeated requests and may block abusive traffic. We may pause ordering at any time, for example during maintenance.

Warranties

If an item arrives defective, damaged or misprinted, the Returns page applies. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, products and the site are provided without any other warranty, express or implied.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it, including liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you may also be protected by the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
